Position Overview
The Commercial Real Estate Advisor represents clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. This is a commission-based role designed for professionals who want to build and manage their own client portfolio within a supportive brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through in-person and digital engagement
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities
  • Utilize available sales strategies, technology, and marketing tools
  • Stay informed on local market trends and property data
  • Collaborate with team members to support transaction success
Qualifications
  • Active Tennessee Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a production-based environment
  • Comfort with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
