Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate to join our brokerage team. This is a commission-based role focused on representing clients in commercial real estate transactions while building and managing a professional client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and outreach
- Utilize digital platforms and marketing tools to promote listings
- Monitor local market trends and commercial real estate data
- Collaborate with colleagues to support transaction success
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a production-based environment
- Experience in sales or real estate preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM platforms
