Position Overview
The Real Estate Advisor – Commercial Properties represents clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. This role operates within a commission-based structure and provides the opportunity to build and manage a professional client portfolio with the support of an established brokerage team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a client base within the Knoxville and East Tennessee markets
- Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities
- Manage property listings and marketing efforts using available technology and brokerage resources
- Negotiate transactions and guide clients through due diligence and closing processes
- Collaborate with other advisors and internal team members
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Real Estate License (required)
- Prior sales or real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a performance-based environment
- Organizational skills and professional follow-through
